This small experienced and friendly group that form the care team are highly qualified to deliver the best levels of care, trained in line with the latest healthcare legislation, regulations and guidelines set by the Care Quality Commission. For the client to maintain dignity, privacy and independence~ equalling to lifestyle satisfaction within in ones own home environment~ they must participate in their individualised care plans which may involve family, friends and guardians if preferred.

In 2003 the Care Standards Act was introduced, requiring compulsory registration for all care providers and thereafter regular inspections from an independent organisation, the Care Quality Commission (CQC), formerly the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI). This has resulted in the Domiciliary Care industry becoming highly regulated and therefore a safe choice.

Pop-ins Care is a Domiciliary Care provider which enables clients to stay in the comfort of their own home safely, therefore preventing the disruption of a move to a residential or nursing home. Pop-ins provide a comprehensive package of care ranging from light housework or a few hours of personal care per week to 24-hour live- in care. All packages are tailored to meet the client's specific needs and are developed following a 1-to-1 assessment.

The owner of Pop-ins Care, Michelle Morgan has 16 years Care experience. During her caring and clinical career Michelle has strived to care for individuals as she would care for her own family. She has capitalised upon skills attained from:
homecare, live-in care, social care, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, hospices, charities, residential and nursing homes, her own sick family members, holistic and alternative therapies, pharmacies, elderly, disabled, learning difficulties and mental health environments
~ allowing her to apply the most professional approach with genuine concern, interest, fondness, attention, treatment, physical and personal care and positive maintenance of daily living for the client under her wings. Years of achieving this standard of care has given Michelle a valued reputation being highly rated as a first class carer throughout the south coast and now the whole UK.
